Half a shawl

I've done a lot more work on Creatures of the Reef. According to the shawl calculator, I'm 49.2% complete. (I use the calculator available for download from Rose-Kim Knits.)

It's suffering from extreme pre-blocking pile of crap syndrome.

Here's a close up of the Crab and Seahorse motif, stretched out a bit.

I'm hoping to finish this shawl by next weekend, and then maybe start the Icarus Shawl from the new IK (assuming my LYS has it in by then). I'm all about lace right now, and I have enough lace weight for a couple more shawls, so I'm working through my stash. Go me!

Other shawls I really want to make:
The Spider Queen Shawl - I'm obsessed with this shawl. I'm thinking of knitting it in a traditional shetland cobweb weight yarn, maybe J&S, in a cream color.
Tina Shawl - Krys is knitting this soon, so maybe I'll borrow the pattern once she's done. That should be sometime this decade probably.
Sheep Shawl - Sheep!
Pacific Northwest Shawl
